This area deals with the passing of property
from one generation to the next and although often routine
and inexpensive in many cases, sometimes involves complex
planning through the use of trusts to hold property for the
benefit of a spouse or minor child. In addition, we are often
involved in the process of the administration of the estate
upon death which involves the appointment of a representative
of the estate, filing of accounts and the accounting of funds
and property.
